Legend Signs Ten Year Contract with Serco Leisure ~ Aug 2007

Legend Club Management Systems has signed a ten year contract with Serco Leisure,a trading division of Serco Plc. The Legend solution, which comprises a complete suite of technical and business management systems, is supporting Serco Leisure to improve the efficiency of the service it offers to clients.

Serco Leisure approached the market place for an appropriate Management Information System to fulfil the diverse requirements of its business. Legend was selected on account of its system specifications and ease of use, as well as the responsiveness and service levels of the team. After a thorough pilot and evaluation period , during which extensive system enhancements were produced, Legend has provided Serco Leisure with an innovative system which will optimise workflows and will provide numerous operational efficiencies.

We service over 60 sites in the UK and Jersey, so the ability to extract more data about our customers will be a great benefit when you consider the scale of our operation.”

Legend’s system enables Serco Leisure to capture , analyse and report a wide variety of data. Much of this information is increasingly required by local authorities in line with local performance measures and national PSA targets,” added Keith.
