Legend offers a comprehensive seven days per week IT support service for clients providing direct support of all end users. In addition to expert support of Legend software, the service covers the continuous maintenance and performance of hosted servers, operating systems and where the option is taken up, all our customers’ hosted services such as email, files, office automation and firmware. Legend breadth of service and specialist expertise ensures just one number to call.
Our extended support service includes the option to cover networks and network equipment, club hardware and peripheral devices such as POS equipment, cameras and printers too. This means complete assurance knowing that all of your IT support is in one pair of safe hands.
Support Service Overview
- One of the largest support teams in the industry.
- Our standard hours are seven days per week, 6:00 to 22:00 Monday to Friday and 8:00 to 20:00 on weekends and bank holidays.
- Legend makes it easy to log calls via Telephone, Web Portal.
- Online web portal for managers to track your open calls and interact online on updates and view reports.
- Your SLA built in to our powerful helpdesk software to ensure automatic escalation and notification to your key personnel along with detailed reporting.
