Legend software automates credit control & reporting and facilitates debt collection process saving 80% of debtor-related administration time
18 August 2011: Legend Club Management Systems, the supplier of leading leisure management software for public, private and educational leisure facilities across the UK, today announces the launch of its Invoicing and Debt Management solution. Designed to help health and leisure operators eliminate the traditionally highly manual debt management and collection process, Legend’s Invoicing and Debt Management software has been proven to save up to 80% of debtor-related administration time.
In a typical leisure centre environment, the accounts department can spend a significant amount of time manually collating information and interrogating data to identify outstanding payments, of which there are typically large numbers of varying financial values. A resource-intensive task, it is nonetheless critical to the cashflow and financial success of the organisation. Indeed, with leisure centres increasingly looking outside of their membership base to other forms of revenue income, including providing room and venue hire to local associations, schools or the local council, as well as private block bookings for example, keeping track of outstanding payments and debt can be an onerous task.
