Halo Leisure uses Legend software to strengthen customer service, reduce utility bills and increase retention rates
Legend Club Management Systems, the supplier of leading leisure management software for public, private and educational leisure facilities across the UK, has been chosen by Halo Leisure to provide a comprehensive leisure management solution over its eight sites across Herefordshire.
Halo Leisure is a not for profit social enterprise and registered charity that operates leisure centres across Herefordshire on behalf of Herefordshire Council.
Legend’s leisure management software will provide multiple online self-service functions for Halo Leisure’s members and visitors and also allow its employees at the front desk, in the leisure centre and in the back office to record and analyse data on their interactions with the members, including classes booked and attended, payment schedules and frequency of use. This data can then be used to improve customer service and drive more effective and timely marketing and retention programmes, which can also be managed and executed from the core Legend software, rather than requiring investment in and integration with external CRM systems.
Legend’s Vision Server solution will record, analyse and track facilities’ utilities consumption, providing Halo with the opportunity to reduce carbon footprint and in turn cut costs across its leisure centres.
