LEGEND CLUB MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS LAUNCHES DIGITAL MARKETING BUREAU: LEGEND MEDIA SERVICES

- Legend Media Services presents a full outsourced digital marketing service for improved customer engagement -

Legend Club Management Systems, the supplier of Leisure Management Software for public, private and educational leisure facilities, today announces another innovation in its product and services suite: Legend Media Services, a new outsourced digital marketing bureau that will offer clients a comprehensive range of marketing services, including social media management, member journey automation & retention marketing, loyalty programmes and Net Promoter Score management, amongst others.

Legend identified a need, based on feedback from its clients, for more effective management of the wealth of data within their CRM and membership management systems to increase engagement and create a consistent customer experience across both social media and digital marketing.

  • Net promoter surveying; and
  • Traditional direct marketing and prospecting campaigns.

Legend Media Services also offers its clients full integrations with partners including Brief Your Market, dotmailer, Perkville and Listen360, and access to specialist management tools and insight from Crowd Control HQ.

Active Tameside is one of Legend’s first clients to work with Legend Media Services. Legend is working with Active Tameside to develop a series of member journeys to increase engagement and retention, as well as an incentivisation programme using Legend’s integration with Perkville that will reward members for their active participation with the trust. Finally, Legend will be providing Active Tameside with the software and tools to manage their social media across all 12 facilities.
