It’s that time again! We look forward to welcoming our customers to our annual conference 2015, on Tuesday 3rd of November. We are holding it once again at the Birmingham NEC, in the Atrium Gallery Suites (see map details below).
Despite the massive success of last year, this year’s conference promises to be bigger and better still. As previously, we will be presenting all the latest and near future features and product roadmap. Additionally, based upon your feedback, we will continue to run workshops for hands-on time in key product areas with our senior team. This is an opportunity to be an early adopter of new initiatives and to directly influence our considerable R&D roadmap.
Guest Speaker: Allister Frost
Given the resounding success of guest speaker Allister Frost’s presentation last year, we have invited Allister back again. This year he will present a 90 minute ‘workshop’ style session, specifically focused on the leisure industry and the increasingly important role of tailored communication in the customer journey. Indeed, with the concept of the customer journey a key aspect of Legend’s offering, we see this keynote presentation as an excellent framework for the rest of the day’s sessions.
Legend News & Product Launches
As long-standing Legend customers, many of you will be familiar with our commitment to keeping a step ahead and bringing innovation – from our 24/7 support desk, our IT infrastructure and the availability of our systems, to continuous investment in R&D and new service offerings such as Legend Media Services.
More information will be shared through our website and social media channels in the coming weeks, but we are very excited to be making some significant product announcements at this year’s conference, not the least of which includes some lessons that can be learned from our latest overseas venture.
A Bit of Fun
Of course, it wouldn’t be the Legend Customer Conference without a spot of relaxation and entertainment. Last year saw customers win some fantastic prizes, including a luxury James Martin Dinner Party food hamper for 6; a spa visit; and a FitBit, whilst the winner of our Twitter retweet challenge won a trip for two to Paris! We’re busy planning more games, challenges and giveaways – so come prepared!
