completes installation across the Whitehouse Group ~ 31st March 2004
Whitehouse Hotels and Legend Club
Management Systems announce today the completion of the installation of
Legend across the Whitehouse group. Peter Dyson, Managing Director at
Whitehouse, The choice of Legend was an easy one for us. We were
looking for a solution that was easy to use and deploy, and powerful enough
to meet our demands both in the clubs and with integration of our head
office financial systems.
Ingrid Hay, Customer Service Director, Legend, Working
with Whitehouse has been a particularly rewarding project as we have seen
the clubs membership base grow substantially whilst using Legend. By providing
superior service to our clients, we can improve the use and value derived
from the system by users. This quickly impacts the bottom line through
improved responsiveness to members and prospects alike.
The Whitehouse decision to install the Legend Solution
was made after reviewing all of the vendors at the LIW event in September
2003. Peter Dyson, The company felt that Legend had the best technology
to suite our immediate and long term requirements. It was comforting to
know that the Legend solution was well established and could be rapidly
deployed with minimal impact to our operations.
The Whitehouse group deployment has been another
successful project for our team. To an organisation such as ours, it is
very gratifying to be an integral part of the success of our clients,
reports Sean Maguire, Managing Director of Legend.
Whitehouse is a growing chain of 4 hotels situated in
the Midlands and Manchester. As at March 2004, three of the hotels have
health clubs on site: Kegworth, Worcester and Telford. Life@Whitehouse
health clubs offer first class facilities for hotel guests and private
members alike.
