Legend breaks into Irish market with Irelands leading health club chain, Crunch Fitness Premier ~ June 2003

Legend today announced that it will be working in partnership with the International Leisure Group and Crunch Fitness Premier, Eire, to supply Legend club management software to the rapidly growing chain of 8 clubs.

Crunch Fitness Premier, Ireland’s leading health club chain, has selected Legend after a prolonged review of leading club software vendors. The Crunch group has decided to install Legend’s latest package, version 9.2, into all sites. Daniel Kearney head of membership at Crunch: "We selected Legend because they came out top on all areas most important to us; ease of use at the club interface, financial systems, marketing, management reporting. We are a rapidly growing group. We have demanding requirements. We need flexibility and ease of use from our membership system. Plus we require a responsive company to provide this service. The newly opened Crunch Fitness Premier in Westmanstown boasts world class 80,000 sq. ft health and fitness clubs providing a unique lifestyle experience for individuals’, corporate and families. The facility is the first Irish club to receive Legend 9.2, which includes fully integrated membership management modules and sales prospecting, all on one single SQL database. The opening of Westmanstown has been the group’s biggest success to date.
