Following last year’s installation of the Legend Club Management System at its 61 sites,
Serco Leisure is already reporting increased service efficiencies including the ability to
target customers and enhanced reporting to its local authority clients.

providing numerous operational efficiencies. One of the sites using the new system is the
Manchester Aquatics Centre. Kate McGill, Commercial Manager is enthusiastic about the benefits:
