 Paramount Group of Hotels has announced it is to install Legend Club Management Systems across its 14 BODYSENSE sites in the UK. Paramount is a rapidly growing group with ambitious plans for the BODYSENSE brand. With strategic requirements in mind, and after a thorough evaluation of suppliers, the company has chosen to move forward with Legend.
Peter Treharne, Group Leisure Club Manager for Paramount Group of Hotels, believes Legend was the obvious choice for the group due to the efficiencies and potential for increased revenues it offers. “I looked carefully at the market for a management solution that would bring much needed consistency across the current portfolio of clubs, and provide the technology and scalability that would allow us to easily add additional sites. I was particularly impressed with the ease with which Legend was introduced across a larger organisation like LA Fitness, with approximately 70 UK clubs.”
Along with the cost benefits and all-hours technical support provided through Legend’s fully managed centralised solution, Peter and senior managers will now have the ability to access real time membership data on the system from anywhere in the UK. Peter comments: “My role as Group Leisure Club Manager takes me all over the country. Though I am in constant contact with the clubs, it can be several days between visits to head office. With Legend’s solution, all of the clubs’ records can be accessed centrally at any time by way of a simple internet connection. I am able to closely monitor sales campaigns and manage results against targets on a real time basis. I can make instant decisions on behalf of individual clubs and the group. This will give us the edge and make daily operations much slicker.”
