The Private leisure operator, SpringHealth Leisure, is
improving its efficiency to clients thanks to Legend Club Management System’s complete suite of
technical and business management tools.
SpringHealth Leisure provides private facilities at five clubs in London and
also manages the local authority facility at Pools on the Park, Richmond. The installation of Legend’s
system took place in July at both the Hampstead and Heathrow clubs and has given SpringHealth greater
control over its membership systems.

This has improved the efficiency of our service to our clients.” |

“Many improvements have been observed over the last three months, especially with us taking the responsibility of BACS amendments from the clubs which enables the staff to concentrate on other areas of member service and retention. Reporting has been very useful for us as well, assisting with stock reporting and investigating what members are frequenting the club the most,” says Paul.
